  • 9h30 - 10h00 : Inspection
  • 10h30 : Giant Slalom (1st run)
  • 11h30 - 14h00 : Lunch on the slopes @Buffet Self-service Sorebois (with coupon) 
  • 11h45 - 12h15 : Inspection
  • 12h30: Giant Slalom (2nd run) 
    Followed by the prize-giving ceremony (at ski arrival)
  • 18h00: Delegates meeting
  • 19h30 : Dinner (in each hotel)

Tuesday 24 March : Alpine Day

  • 9h00 : First Cable Car
  • 9h30 - 10h00 : Reco
  • 10h30 : Super-G 
    Followed by the prize-giving ceremony (at ski arrival)
  • 11h30 - 14h00 : Lunch on the slopes @Buffet Self-service Sorebois (with coupon) 
  • 18h00 : Kitchen open @main Hall
  • 19h00 : International Evening @main Hall

Wednesday 25 March : FREE Day

  • Free skiing in the whole ski area or free activities
  • 17h00 : Zipline (canceled due to weather condition)
  • 18h00 : Delegates meeting
  • 19h30 : Dinner (in each hotel)

Thursday 26 March : Cross-Country Day 

  • 9h00 - 9h50 : Inspection
  • 10h00 : Cross-Country Individual (distance depends on the weather conditions)
    First, womens categories, followed by the mens categories (probably @11h00)
  • 11h30 - 12h30 : Lunch for women and non runners @Hotel Europe (with coupon)
    12h30 - 13h30 : Lunch for men runners 
  • 15h00 : Cross-Country Relay  (women distance)
    Followed by the prize-giving ceremony
  • 18h00: Delegates meeting
  • 19h30 : Dinner (in each hotel)

Friday 27 March : Alpine Fun Day

  • 9h00 : First Cable Car
  • 9h30 : Reco
  • 10h30 Team Parallel (Combi Race)
  • 11h30 - 14h00 : Lunch on the slopes @Buffet Self-service Sorebois (with coupon) 
  • 16h30: Delegates meeting
  • 18h-18h30 : Cable Car (fixed schedule!)
  • 18h15 Apéro @Espace Weisshorn (Restaurant on the slopes at 2700m)
  • 19h00 Dinner and party together @Espace Weisshorn 
    Team Parallel     prize-giving ceremony 

Saturday 28 March : FREE Day

  • Free skiing in the whole ski area or free activities
  • 16h30: Delegates meeting
  • 18h00 : Apero with live music (Alphorn)
  • 19h30 : Dinner and party together @main Hall
    Closing with combined awards and trophy ceremonies

Sunday 29 March : Departure

  • Check-out and good-byes

A meal coupon entitles you to the menu of the day or a pasta dish (choice of 3 sauces), with a salad or soup as a starter (no other menus, drinks not included).
